I dont know how they got my credit card number. I never asked to donate to anyone, but the $20 was deducted from my account on August 4. Today, August 6, I have requested a refund. We shall see. Beware

Anedot is an online fundraising platform, and ministries use it to process their online donations. ***** donated to a ministry on 8/6/24. ***** contacted our team in the morning on 8/8/24. We responded that same morning and informed the ministry of the refund request. The ministry refunded her donation on 8/11/24. This issue should be resolved.Anedot Inc.

I have no idea how "Anedot" got my bank account number but they started debiting my account and I don't even know who they are. I have contacted the company at their website and demanded a refund of the $26.08 2 that was taken from my bank account. Haven't heard from them yet. Be ware!!!Anedot Inc.

Anedot is an online fundraising platform, and ministries use it to process their online donations. Someone with access to *****'s bank account donated to a ministry on 7/24/24. ***** contacted our team after business hours on 7/26/24. This Anedot company basically mislead me with a donation for a Mayoral campaign, the donation was to send a Campaign tshirt after giving the donation. I sent the donation to Anedot who is handling the campaign donation, and never received my tshirt. Anedot stopped answering my emails after I inquired several times about the donation, the tshirt, and information to contact the mayoral campaign. Anedot has no communication with the companies it contracts with, and you will not get tshirt or campaign donation back if requested out of fear the donation is not going to the campaign.Anedot Inc.

Anedot processes donations but does not handle merchandise fulfillment. That is handled by the campaign/organization.The donor originally gave on 9/23/23 and contacted our team on 9/25/23 to inquire about the t-shirt. We informed them 13 minutes after their immediate inquiry that we do not handle fulfillment and provided them contact information for the campaign they ordered from. Per the donor's request, we forwarded the request to the campaign directly on 9/27/23. The donor requested a refund on 9/29/23, which we forwarded to the campaign on the same day and informed the donor. The donor followed up with us on 10/2/23, and we followed up with the campaign once again on that same day.The campaign responded to our team on 10/2/23 that they had not sold t-shirts in 4 years and approved the refund on 10/6/23. Our team promptly refunded the donation on 10/6/23. It appears the donor found an old donation page that was no longer in use by the campaign. At no point did Anedot stop responding, and the donor was refunded. Our team is here to help!Review fromMike G

1 starSome how this anedot company was able to set me up on a monthly donation from my PayPal account with out my knowledge. I was able to stop them on the first withdrawal, PayPal says they will refund my account ???????
