    Bought gas from this location on 8/1/2024. Immediately after a check engine light came on, my start/stop threw up an error, and I had an EPC error light up on my dash. I took it to the dealership on Saturday morning. On Monday they told me the issues were due to bad gas and that they would have to drain my tank and refuel it. This cost me $1200 dollars and I asked for a sample of the fuel and filed a complaint with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. When I got the gas sample back it was clear that it was nearly 75% water. I took it, my receipt for the services, and my proof of purchase to the gas station only for the lady at the counter to basically tell me they weren't going to do anything and as she put it "I know who I work for so nothing will probably get done." WIth that I am safe to assume the owners are not the most savory people. I was given a phone number to call, which I did with the help of my nephew. The woman on the phone seemed just as unhelpful and stated "This has never happened before." This to me shows they are going to be hard to deal with and will more than likely give me a hard time trying to get any sort of reimbursement.
