    COMPLAINT ON: Monday, April 10, 2023 QUEST Diagnostics ***************************************************************** ************ Arrived at QUEST CHECKED IN AT COMPUTER IT WAS 11:40 CHECKED IN. I saw my daughter's name on the ** monitor at 11:40 am. I was on time. My daughter ** asked what was taking so long. One of the workers, a lady with a Grey paper lab coat on, said we were late. Not true. Then another lady behind the door called my daughter's name, and we did not answer. Not true. The two ladies who said all of that didn't want to help my daughter and passed her off to a lady named ***. Then they spoke to another gentleman who left the location in an unprofessional tone. f employees cannot draw on disabled children wheelchair-bound, they shall find another unskilled job, and I never want to return to this quest of diagnostics. The staff is unprofessional, gossiping among themselves so that the waiting area hears them talking. Don't wish for the corporate team to apologize; corporate must take action against these employees. Desired settlement hire and replace staff and management if they were present at ******************************************* ************ Directly handling a rude coworker that disrupts the workplace with loud conversation exhibits poor manners toward patients.Employees should not be dismissive of others, showing offensive gestures or disdainful nonverbal reactions to patients. Instead, speak to the staff and change employees and managers.Except for ***, the employee.
