      They ruined my rug. It was returned with two cuts straight through the rug, about 5 to 6 inches in length, and a giant dark greasy stain across the back. When I called to inform them of this, they refused to do anything about it unless I surrendered the rug to them (~$600 retail value), in which case they'd give me a refund for the ~$250 I paid for the cleaning. They were rude and completely disinterested, ZERO customer service skills, and even got an attitude with me when I explained that I'm not interested in giving them the rug. The woman I was trying to work with to find a resolution just laughed at me when I asked if this "policy" was a hustle. Also, the guy that initially came to pick up my rug asked if he could have the tarp I had it wrapped in (12x12 brand new). When I said no, he said he had to take it, then proceeded to shop around my courtyard asking if he could have different items he was seeing. Shockingly, the tarp was not returned with the rug (please note the sarcasm). And, when he dropped off the rug after "cleaning" it (that thing came back smelling strongly of farts, but no more cat pee so I guess there's that), he began looking around my home asking if he could have some of the things he was seeing. All in all, don't go to this place. They boast their long time service of the *********** area, but what you get is just that. I'd have faired better buying a stolen rug off the street from that shady lookin' guy in the van who may or may not get arrested mid-transaction.

      Hello, as I have stated previously on other platforms that you have posted since this event in February, I believe there was a misunderstanding between you and the *** on the phone. I have repeatedly offered to pick up the rug to evaluate the issues and try to rectify the situation to which you have refused. So again I am offering to pick up the rug so that we can see what is wrong and try to fix it or discuss a resolution if it can't be fixed.
