    I closed my account and moved away from New Orleans. Somehow I ended up being contacted about a $4000 water bill that had accrued after I was no longer living in the state. They refuse to start a dispute or look into it at all, despite their website clearly stating that they have a dispute process. They are completely unhelpful and nobody I have spoken to there seems to have any idea what they are doing. It's a miracle New Orleans has running water at all. I don't know how they continue to function.

    We stay in a double house our water bill is 3,000 dollars and we paid on it and they still cuts us every few months they cuts us off and we have pay 650 and numerous of times we told them we had a bad water leak in front of our house they just came fix it
