I was court ordered to complete 48 hour of house monitoring with ASAP monitoring program. Before starting my 48 hours, I verified with two employees ***** and ******** that it was okay for me to do community service while on the monitor as long as it was approved by the **** I got clarification by the *** that I could. Moving forward, I asked ***** how much was the charge she said $105. Upon arriving it came out to be $150. I asked Ms.***** why did the price change and she said she had no clue she was just told to charge $150, but to follow up with ****, the director for a refund. **** instructed me that it was because of a new program she is doing with St.Tammany and that was her price. I asked for paperwork regarding the issue and **** has completed forgery on my paperwork. Those are not my initials on the paperwork, and there was never a weakened fee i was Told about either. Again, her worker had no clue as to why the price went to $150. And I have verified with ****************** that they do not have set prices with ASAP. She has also lied to the *** regarding my case file by stating I traveled around ******* instead of doing community service. I was able to get the *** to still approve the hours because he had already confirmed with everyone that I could do the 48 hour house arrest. And I had documentation to prove I never left. I felt discriminated and felt as if this business was operating very poorly. When I told her I got my family lawyer involved she laughed on the phone and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I want this to be resolved by her refunding the amount that she overcharged, I also want her to give me a verbal and written PROFESSIONAL apology for her lack of professionalism that she has showed since dealing with her. As a customer I have rights to question pricing if I am told one thing and given another. In no way, should she have took this to offense. You can tell her employees do not like working for her due to her being so unprofessional.
