    I had my truck towed to Boudreauxs Collision Aug. 28th ****** was very nice when I went there to sign paperwork. He stated they would start working on my truck immediately, he would have to order parts. Every time I called he said they was working on it. After 3 weeks I went there parts was all over the floor a hole in the side of the car I asked why and his son gave me some story. But he did say ALL the parts was ordered. After that I stated calling because I call my agent how stated they gave ****** over 10k soon as I brought my car there. We couldnt understand why he received money ordered parts but every week he tells myself and ******* next week next week. I told him 3 weeks ago I spent out of pocket over ******* on rental car my insurance stopped paying after 30 days, he said he doesnt have anything to do with that he working on my car and again itll be ready another next week! I told him I guess I made a mistake bringing my car to someone that takes 60 plus days and my car still isnt fixed. And I call today and he has someone else answering the phone for him. Now I see why all his employees are quitting and check bouncing. I since call my agent who said he called for more money he received (4) payments and hes still saying hes not sure if my truck will be ready this week or thats what the lady he had to answer the phone. I had to pick up a second kid to pay for a rental car to make sure I get to my primary job. Now people are telling me he about this bad business. I tell he I made the worst mistake but is was hurting from the wreck and someone gave me his business name. ****** said last week well you can come get your truck and the pieces off the floor and bring your truck somewhere else but give me my money. WOW!
