      On 6th of june ******** financial payed off my loan with cresant bank. On the 11th of june cresant bank took $115 out my account. I had auto draft of 115 every friday post every monday. On monday the 11th I called cresant bank. Told them about the 115. The Lady looked over it and told me it should be in my account n 2 mondays. 2 mondays which would of been the 25th. I called the Man told me 14 Business days which is friday. On friday the 29th. I called back the Man put another man on to put me on hold for 45 minutes to tell me that I still owned 115. I askes how when it was payoff 6 days before. I told him if auto draft wasnt on they woulnt got the 115. He hung up n my face. So here we are
