      I made a reservation on 5/9/24 for an appointment on 5/14/24. The owner charged me on the day of the reservation $330 and the day of services $330. I have emailed him requesting a reversal of the charges. He claimed to have done it after my initial email on June 1st and then later asked if he could mail me a check. I asked him to reverse the charges. According to my credit card no reversal has been made and I had to put in a dispute claim and have to wait 30 days for the vendor to respond. This is theft by double dipping in charging me for services rendered once. This is unethical business practices.

      This client was untruthful in her complaint. We tried to refund the monies charged her credit card on several occasions unsuccessfully. At this point we offered to send this person a check. She had evidently frozen her card and it would not allow us to refund the charge. After several attempts to work with this person we were able to refund this charge. By the way, she demanded we charge her account at the conclusion of the treatments. We explained that it appeared as if though the funds were previously charged at the time of securing the appointments.
