      We wonder where in the world a customer has to pay the full cost of a repair more than 2 months in advance! We do not want to deal with a company unfairly treating a customer and showing no respect in their answers as you can see in the attached documentation. We were told to wait 2 or 3 weeks when we were at their repair shop. But the invoice mentioned a totally different timeframe! We do not trust them anymore and do suspect an unsatisfying job. Return our property items exactly as they were delivered with a full refund. Bottom line.

      Mr. ******* brought an item in for repair on 10/10 and it was paid for on 10/11.  As you can see on the attached document, his sales order which he was emailed states that the estimated lead time of completion was 10 weeks. That puts the pick-up date at 12/20. 

      We communicated with Mrs. ******* on 11/26 and informed her that while her order stated that it would not be ready to be picked up until 12/20, we expected it to be finished early-by 12/6. 

      We still expect this to be completed this week- a full three weeks before it is actually scheduled.  We have a lot of pride on providing an exceptional level of customer service, and our impeccable reputation throughout 80 years in business reflects that.

      In response to the customer's request: We will remove his item from the repair cue and have it ready for him to pickup in the original condition which it was delivered to us. I have attached the refund receipt here. The customer may come and pick up the fixture today.
