    I set an appointment with the hairstylist on May 31, 2024 at 2 PM. The day and time arrive and I arrive at her place of work and she texted me asking me to give her an hour so she could provide me with a time to come, despite our date and time already being confirmed, To add to this, she texted me not even an hour before our appointment so I was already in the car driving to the appointment. When I finally see her message I ask her when would she like to start the appointment, but she never responded. I paid her beforehand and she has never refunded me despite the fact that she failed to show up and also failed to create a solution.
