      ***************************** came out to put in the new a/c & heating unit, but he did not connect up the heating .so I did not have any heating doing all this cold weather. When I contact ****************, He told me that I had to get a license electrician to run and connect the heating unit. **************** left my home with me thinking that everything was done. So, I had to get a heater to try to be warm doing all this cold weather. I don't recommend this company to anyone

      This is a second complaint for this company. Now, I heard water running down the wall in my second bedroom to found out that its coming from my unit. Yes, ***************************** came out. He blowed out the lines but it wasn't stop up. He said that the insulation inside of the unit is soaking wet and it needs a couple of day to dry out. The drip pan is full of water continual. The unit is BAD/NO GOOD. I have a video I will download to this site below. I don't know how long this water was running down the wall but now its under my floor in the house.

      I been waiting since I last complaint and they haven't go to do anything about water running down the wall neither have he come back about insulation being soaked and wet. Please don't do business with this company. Now my flooring is wet too.
