      I was injured march 19th 2023 in *********** ( i was there for the american academy of dermatology) and i had cares in tulasne university hospital. when i was there i asked several times what and how i had to pay but ******* in the ** told me it is ok , you can go. But I received a bill of 491 dollars 2 weeks ago . I am ok to pay but i can not. My IP is blocked on NPASsolution.com. I sent 2 emails to the hospital to know how to proceed but no answer. I also need a detailed invoice so that i can be reimbused by my insurance. So please help me to find out how to solve this problem.my account number is *********
