      I purchased this **************** on January 13th and paid $95.68. Someone came out on January 16th to set up the service. I still have no service till this day. I have been calling for two weeks and they keep telling me that it's in the provisioning stage and they don't have an estimated time of resolution. I have been waiting on a supervisor to call me for 3 days now and haven't heard from anyone. I called today to cancel the service and request a refund. Now they are telling me it's a process to get a refund and customers have been waiting over a year and they still have not received their refund. I can't even pull up my receipt for the purchase. It has a link but will not open. I think this is scam but I can't prove it.

      When we originally signed up for service they didn't charge us taxes due to their own negligence, then they disconnected us for the unpaid taxes without notice. Then they have since then every single month tried to say we did not pay them when we have and we have proved we did and have consistently disconnected us due to it.

      The customer had two separate accounts in our billing system; the payment was applied to the incorrect account. We have applied the payments to the correct account and implemented safeguards to ensure that this does not occur again.

      On 05/06/2024 I called swyft connect to establish internet service on 05/10/2024. I paid a deposit of $275.68. On May 10th I had no power. I called swyft and they said they could still establish my internet. The technician came out and said they could not do it. We agreed for him to come back on May 15th. Since that day I have submitted somewhere between ***** tickets for my internet not working. I have called numerous times to help fix this issue with no solution. I speak to a representative and they said they can not help me. I ask to speak to a manager and they said no. I ask for them to contact the manager for me and they say no. I ask to speak to a technician and they said no. I ask can they send a technician out to fix this, they said no it has to be scheduled by the market manager, who I can't talk to. I ask can I schedule a technician to come out, they said no. They have sent out one technician to assess the problem but did not tell me of the date nor time nor that one was even coming out. When I was not home, because I didn't know I recieved an email stating that I missed them and there wasn't anything for them to do. I emailed back asking why they did not attempt to contact me and they did not answer. I call and they said they tried to call me but I didn't answer. They called from an unknown number and didntt leave a message. I've repeatedly informed them I need this to be fixed. They brush it aside and seem not to care.

      We are in receipt of the subscriber's complaints. The matter has been escalated to the individual managing our Louisiana technicians and work orders, and our dispatch team will continue to try to schedule a site visit for a time when the subscriber is available at home. We are sorry that we have not yet been able to coordinate a time to troubleshoot the service issues causing the initial complaint.
