      On April 20, 2025, I paid $239.14 in cash to Trulox Locksmith for PCM programming and key programming services for my 2010 Ford Fusion.The technician was unable to complete the service because he lacked the correct equipment.I was repeatedly promised that a technician would return on Monday, then Friday, then Monday again, but no one properly completed the work.After multiple delays, the company agreed to refund me via Zelle. As of 04/26 , I still have not received the refund after almost a week of delays, and the Manager doesnt respond to my emails since yesterday 04/25. I am requesting a full refund of $239.14

      I called Trulox on 7/13 to get a key fob programmed for my car. They sent the technician out and charged $190 up front, which I paid in cash to the technician. After 2 hours he was not able to complete the job. I asked for my money back and he said to contact the office. Ive been calling the office for a week and they are being unhelpful, lying, dead transferring me or just outright hanging up on me, and deliberately avoiding refunding me.
