Pattern of Complaints
This company has a pattern of complaints concerning taking fees upfront for appliance repair and not returning to complete the repair. BBB contacted this company in writing on July 9 and July 23rd to notify them of the pattern of complaints. BBB offered to virtually meet with them to discuss the pattern and help them determine how they could eliminate the pattern. As of August 7, 2020, the company has not responded to BBB.

BBB has recieved correspondence and proper documentation from the property owner that the owner of Ace Appliances, Alvin Birotte, had been evicted from the address that BBB previoulsy had for the company. The mail for the Downman Road address is being returned by the United States Postal Service as Not Delivearble as Addressed Unable to Forward.
