      Paid Technician for parts and repairs on my washer and work is still not done. Technician (who is also the ower of company) keeps giving me the run around. Paid $150.00 through cash app, husband's checking account, on March 3, 2023 . Cash app account is in ***************************** (***************************** daughter) name.

      On January 5th, 2023 an ************************* with Ace Appliance repair came to my home to repair a refrigerator. He ordered a part and my husband wrote him a check for $225. After many phone calls and one threat to him that we were going to call the police he finally came out with the part, install it and left. The problem was never solved. My refrigerator is still freezing up and spoiling food. We've called and called and have not received a response. We are elderly and sickly and this has been very hard on us. Can you help us recover our money and also recommend a reputable repair service.?
