    On7/21/24 ,I called home tech to help me with my Viking hood because the ventilation is not working. He came and diagnose as it needs a part, that he promise will be here after a week, He asked me to pay him $300 in cash, so I gave the cash pandesal tha date came, he did not show up. I keep on calling and texting him, he always promise he will come until now 8/06/24 I did not hear from him. I just want my money back.Thank you.

    My warranty company made 4 appointments for Home tech to come to my home and recharge my AC and no one from Home tech showed up or called and every time we have the warranty company reach out to Home tech they say they are out of Freon and they say it will come in on certain a date and thats why we keep rescheduling based on Home tech stating it will be in but again when the day of the appointment arrives they dont show up or call and I keep taking off work between 11:00-3:00 on those days and in the evening its almost 80 degrees and takes all night to get back down. I have a 3 week old baby and had to buy a portable AC unit for the bedroom so he can be comfortable. Home tech does not communicate with the customers at all and they dont not answer the phone when you try and call them.
