    I Totally agree with the first customer especially! I have been loyal to PCH for many years and I was never told that I had to give all my personal information to some business called Lucid Market Place in order to accept a prize if I win. I bought many things from them over the years. Why wasn't I told this? What a rotten thing to do. I really believed that I might have a chance to win something.I will never fall for scams like this ever again. I wish that I didn't have to give PCH any stars!

    I've been playing pch website since approximately 2006, and last year was the first time I've felt like I'm being harassed by this company Lucid to answer their questions or I will not be eligible for any major sweepstakes that I've continuously entered on a daily basis. I've taken snapshots of an email from pch where the message was answer questions or else. I've seen various emails similar message but worded differently. What perked my ears was when I'd respond to ***** email and get through scrolling through all the products they try and get me to pay for, page 7, click continue to enter the major entry and boom, Lucid's page pop's up. Basically, they stop me from submitting my entry for that email reply. Now, I've wasted all my time even responding and always exit with no submission. Something's wrong with this, something doesn't sound or look right about being forced to answer any personal questions for a separate entity. I also shouldn't be dinked or punished (entry removed) for choosing not to answer invasive personal questions.

    Lucid is being pushed onto unsuspecting customers on the *** (Publishers Clearing House) online site, making it seem like you have to "Answer Questions" to be in consideration of winning a major prize. They claim is it to "help improve marketing toward what customers like for a better experience" -- but the survey was highly personal, invasive, and also asked political questions. Politics has nothing to do whatsoever with "shopping experiences." -- Then a visit to an unrelated website was denied access, due to "Suspected BOT activity" on my device. -- Regretted immediately and tried to OPT-OUT, but opt-out efforts failed. Had to call *** Technical Support. They apologized, but recommended scanning my laptop for malware. -- WILL NEVER TRUST *** OR ANY OTHER SITE ASSOCIATED WITH LUCID HOLDINGS, LLC. -- Could not give a ZERO rating here, had to give one star to comment.

    Theyll make you answer 10 minutes of questions then stop the survey without any pay!!Its happened several times now, and theyll lure you in with bigger pay promises.

    Lucid uses fraudulent billing practices to rip off customers. I was charged a $540 fee after the end of a free trial. Lucid cancelled my subscription as soon as the charge posted, but I never received a refund. The company is non-responsive to emails or tickets opened on their website.

    This is the biggest ******** Survey Platform ever that worked people and don't pay you,,,biggest piece of S*** Platform on the web...This piece of S*** site does not deserve any stars but i have no choice but to check 1 else i wouldn't be to post a review...

    Lucid survey panel is prejudice and discriminate if you are Black/ African American, not Hispanic or live within are certain area. If you not Hispanic or are Black/African American you never qualify for a survey. Waste of my valuable time. They should be investigated and sued for discrimination.
