    I checked into the Ramada on June 29th and from then I had numerous problems .the first issue was checking in, I booked my room through a third party ( Priceline) and paid $355 and it took more than an hour for me to get into my room due to technical issues on the hotels end. Once getting into my room, I noticed right away the poor conditions of the room. The room smelled of mold and there were visible stains all over the furniture and walls. A little after being in the room I began to see roaches and other insects crawling around. There were also blood stains and other questionable stains all over the sheets and pillows. I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet was not working. I went to the lobby to express me disgust with the room so they put me into a different room. By this time it was well after 2 am when moved into a new room. In the new room, I witnessed the same stains and the toilet again was not working. Being a woman in a new city, I could not leave in the middle of the night with no where else to go so I had to wait until the morning to again voice my concerns. At this point I was beyond disgusted and needed to leave. The front desk said that I would not be able to get a refund on my room and that there was nothing they could do since I booked through Priceline. I was going back and forth between Priceline and Ramada to get a resolution which would have been a total refund since I was not checking out early because of anything other than the extremely poor conditions of both rooms I was placed in. I not only was not granted a refund, I also had to come up with an additional $570 last minute to stay in a proper hotel that made me feel safe. I spent only 1 night at Ramada and checked out June 30th. My 1st experience in New Orleans was an absolute disaster because of both businesses.

    I stayed at the hotel on May 8th 2023 all the way to May 19th 2023 I was in room 148 and there was a leak in my room that damaged a gaming console worth over $500 they moved me to room 146 and absolutely refuse to do anything about my damage property wouldn't even come to the room so I can prove that it was damaged then I got to talk to the owner two days before my check out and he said that the maintenance said the leak was above the bed and not above the desk and that is a blatant lie and when I was moved room 146 I had no internet my TV and my remote did not work there were tiles falling off the wall and the ** bar barely functioned my mattress had Springs and if that were broken so I can only sleep on half of the bed some of the outlets did not have covers on them the staff were very loud and rude and when I brought my problems to the staff it took 3 to 4 days for them to fix anything there was a microwave that all of the rooms had to share which was very disgusting and I'm sure that broke some kind of Health violation my room also had termites and they were everywhere the housekeeping would not pick up my trash or anything until I requested and even after I requested it still took them 3 days I was finally able to owner 2 days before my check out and he only offered to give me $75 if I agreed to sign a piece of paper stating that the issue was resolved and I took the refund for $75 but I did not sign that paper because the issue was not resolved I put a line through the paper but did not sign it the issue I would like resolved is full replacement of my gaming console worth over $500 or they can refund me for my stay which I paid $900 for I tried talking to the manager and I tried contacting ******* by phone and they said since the property was privately owned all of the complaints had to go through the manager who would not contact me back

    I have had a terrible experience at this facility. There's roaches in my room, only 1 TV works, beds are uncomfortable, tried talking to front desk and they told me they don't report to Ramada or Wyndham. I have tried to get some solution but no one helps.
