      On October 13, 2024, I parked in the Rampart Garage across from the **********************. Using the **** app via the posted QR code, I paid $30 for two hours of parking at 8:01 PM, set to expire at 10:01 PM. I left the garage at 9:40 PM. At 10:15 PM, I received an email that my parking had expired, (as that was when my parking would have expired, not 8:30 pm as the **** app mistakenly logged) but no renewal was necessary since I had already left.Despite this, I received a bill from Vanguard Parking Solutions for $93, claiming that I hadn't paid for the correct. When I provided proof of payment, they claimed my parking expired at 8:30 PM, which was incorrect (I have confirmation showing through my expiration email the correct time). ******** refused to waive the fee, accused me of staying late which I didn't. Additionally, I pointed out that the app does not offer a 30-minute parking option, much less one costing $30 (I have proof of the available options that I was given). Vanguard insisted I resolve the issue with **** and refused to address the discrepancy. ****, in turn, told me to resolve the issue with Vanguard, creating a loop of ************* resolve this, I drove two hours to the garage but found it fully automated. Calls and messages to **** went unanswered. When I finally reached someone on 12/2/24, they were dismissive and referred me back to Vanguard. Both companies have failed to take responsibility, leaving me with an unfair bill for parking I already paid for.This pattern of deflection and refusal to communicate raises concerns about transparency and accountability, suggesting a coordinated effort that unfairly impacts customers.

      The Vangard Parking Solutions Ticket was already showing cancelled when I checked the site today.  Nothing was paid on it as the ticket was cancelled and it was never sent to collections so no issue on credit report.

      On September 1, 2022 at the parking lot located at ***************************************************************************, I attempted to a monthly parking pass as I have done before. I am active duty in the military and work in the federal building near by. A ticket was not printed, but I was still charged the 55 dollars for the pass. I tried again on the 5th, this time just trying to buy a day pass, and again a parking ticket did not print. I then called Parking Management Services whos logo is on the sign above the point of sale and whos name is on the parking ticket. I was told that they did not manage that location and even if they did I would have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I tried to explain that I did not find their number by accident and tell them that the machine was still not working, but in the middle of talking I was hung up on.I tried to call again the next day and no one answered. A message machine asked if I would like to be transferred to accounts receivable or sales.I do not know why the operator was so rude. I assume that many are also just giving this business money for nothing and being told there is nothing anyone can do about it. There is also no way to tell if the issue has been resolved without giving them more money for a service that is not being honored. I have contacted ****** Traffic Enforcement so that I don't get a parking fine, and they are going to look into it.
