    For the past two years its been a struggle to get contacts. I had my exam in October and am still without contacts. They forget to order them then dont call when they come in (trials) so this went on for months. Finally I got aggravated and asked them so just sign off on a prescription just to get some in and once again forgot to order them! This has been my experience for the past two years. Not sure why I went back after the first I guess because of convenience of being open on weekends. Anyway, they told me they would not charge me for them but I had to pay upon my initial visit in order for them to run my ins. So, here I am no contacts and they made me pay for some I didnt know if I could use in order to run my ins. Now, when I call to inquire about my contacts she signed off on I find out not only did they forget to order them but they had the wrong ones that were signed off on. This has been since October we are almost in March. **** near half a year has gone by with absolutely nothing! I am irate and when I call they leave me on hold for 30 min or tell me they are going to return my call and never do! This is not right and after reading others have had the same issue! The dr. ** very nice which is one of the reasons I went back the second year but Management is horrible and so are the employees. I think I should get all my money back and the contacts I was charged for, no one should have to go through this for 5 months!
