    Very disappointed at how this company didn’t try to resolve an issue with getting me the link to my daughter’s proof, so that I can place an order. On October 13, 2022, this company was at my daughter’s school to take pictures. However, when the picture proofs were delivered to the school, my daughter didn’t receive hers. She notified her teacher and the school office, who stated they will call the photographer to request it. I called the school that very same day she didn’t received her picture proof, when she told me she didn’t receive hers. I was told by he front office, that they notified the company and will keep me posted. I called every other day after that to get a follow up, and I was told they never received a call back. I was given the number of the company, which I called several times. The first time I called on a Friday, I was promised the link that Monday where I can go on that link to select her picture to place an order. Monday came and left and no link was ever emailed to me. I called several times after that and was fed lies that they will take care of it. I notified the school’s assistant principal, who emailed me after she called the company and left a message about this issue, and as of this day, this company has yet to take care of the situation. This is bad business practice and a disappointment especially for a 6 year old to ask me, “mommy why haven’t I received my picture proof so you can order my pictures?” My child was very excited about taking pictures and preparing the night before to have her outfit ready for her picture day. We even went the day before the picture day, to the store to pick out an outfit, for this to happen to us. It has now been over a month since the pictures were taken and still no response from this company. The professional way to handle situations, such as this, are to return calls, address the issue once it has been made known to the vendor, work to resolve it, but lying and not returning calls is not the way

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional! I called with a question about the cash app statement on the order form. I was told that we don't offer cash app for "that school". I asked for clarification for what exactly was meant by the statement. That could have easily been handled in that moment. The lady kept deflecting. I asked to speak to the photographer who was talking in the background, but he couldn't talk at the moment. I called my child's school and expressed my concerns to the principal. I received a call back. He simply could not understand or even try to see where I was coming from. He cut me off mid sentence and told me, have a nice day mam. What a joke. As bad as I wanted to order my child's school pictures for keepsakes, I refuse to give a dime to this company. It would be great if that energy was directed to getting customer service training.
