    I received a 2 pizza deliveries from Dominos. The first delivery was perfect! The second delivery, all of the toppings were on the top of the box, it looked like the pizza was dropped on the ground. I called Dominos and spoke with the supervisor, ************************. I explained the situation to him and he told me that the delivery was made on a bike and some bikes are equipped to prevent the pizza from dropping and some arent! I requested him to replace the pizza and he told me it would take a long time for a new delivery because all of the delivery people were busy. I then requested a refund, he became very hostile and stated that he would send someone to pick up my entire order, not just the 1 pizza that was incorrect, the entire order! The delivery person, who he said would take a long time to return, returned in approx 10mins. The second pizza that was fine, we ate. The pizza we complained about, we sent back with the driver. The same manager called back, very hostile, stating that he would not be able to refund my order due to us eating the other pizza. I again trying to reason with him, explaining that its not the customers fault that all bikes are not equipped with what they need! The manager continued to argue, not listen, and yell. At this point, I decided to end the phone call, as Ive NEVER experienced a situation like this with this franchise! I attempted to contact their corporate number with no resolve!

    Yes thats the correct location. I was on a staycation in *********** this weekend.
