      I contracted ****** **** to fix Faulty Piping, Leaking, and complete a Video Scope Inspection in mid-August 2022. To this day, Dec 5, 2022, he has failed to contact me to complete the service. At the time, a Carpenter he referenced to me noticed that the plumbing ****** **** and associates had worked on was leaking. With no response from ****** ****, the Carpenter offered to fix the issue at no charge. I repeat, the Carpenter had to come after this service, and fix the leaking plumbing that should have been fixed in the initial visit. In recent events, my master bathroom is flooded from piping that ****** **** installed. Whether it was due to poor craftsmanship or another issues such as a back up that needs to be cleared, it would have been addressed if he returned and finished the job. As of today my calls go straight to his voicemail, and he doesn't respond to my messages. If you don't want to be out $1800, I do not recommend using this company.
