I bought a childrens book from this publishing company on 11/13/22 and I still have not received it. I paid $17.89 total. I filed a grievance with them on 12/2/22 and then again on 12/17/22. They then replied and informed me they would expedite my order and I would receive it on 12/20/22. I did not receive it. I then emailed them again on 12/31/22. They replied and said I would receive it on 1/2/23 and I havent. This is incredibly infuriating. I know this is a small amount of money but I dont want other customers to experience this. I read more reviews regarding this publishing company and it appears this happens to a lot of their customers.
