  Hello,I saw a commercial spot for Abbott-Price on TV and call the number shown to inquire more about their services. They gave me general info and asked about a home I was interested in selling. About 30-mins to an hour after my call, I began receive nonstop robo cold and texts inquiring about my home. Its been 4 days now and Im averaging about 100 calls per day from various ********* numbers. They are also calling my children and 90-year old mother repeatedly. This all occurred after I spoke with Abbot-Price and I reached out about this issue, but havent received any response. I believe they have sold my info to a telemarketing company without my knowledge or permission, and I would like to have my info removed. I trusted this company because of their commercial, but after my experience, Id like to ensure no one else gets taken advantage of by this company.

If you reach out to us directly after viewing one of our television commercials on the major networks, we appreciate you taking the time and are always more than willing to answer any questions you might have. It is quite common that an agreement on price and term will not happen on the first call, as there are a lot of moving parts in real estate. Often, we will indeed follow up with you after the original call, but only with your clear verbal consent. 

  
  

  We checked our records and found you called Abbott Price on three different occasions after your initial call.  Each time it prompted an Abbott Price team member to return your call twice if we did not get a hold of you initially. We have no record of further communication with your phone number beyond that point.

  We are on a month to month rental agreement to a house we were renting. Our landlord sold the house to these Investors. We were not given a 24 hour notice of them coming out to take pictures of the inside of the house. We were only given a 2 hour notice. We let them in to taker pictures of the inside of the house and we were told the pictures were being reviewed to determine the quote for repairs. We were not told the pictures were going to be posted on a website. Some of these pictures included pictures of my 8 year old minor daughter without parental consent. We asked multiple times for these pictures to be taken down and after the third time and letting them know it was in violation of the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) they finally took them down after being posted thirty days for the public to see. We were led to believe that we would be safe as renters. On the evening of the closing of sale date, we were presented papers saying we had to be out within a short period of time to find another place to stay. This is for the rental property on **** and ************************************* in ******.We are moving in with my mom in a house she owns on ********************************** in ***********. My mom recently put me on the paperwork to her house since I am an only child and my dad passed away in January. *********************** has sent a letter to my mom to buy her house that we are moving into for $137,500 when in reality the neighborhood she is living in property value is going anywhere between $250,000 to $300,000. She called them and asked them to remove her residence from their list as she has no interest in selling. A couple of weeks go by and Abbott-Price Investors contacted my mom again, this time through e-mail which she did not give them her e-mail address still trying to buy the house after she told them she is not selling.
