      DO NOT USE CALLOWAY & SONS!!!SCAM ALERT 1: On September 13, 2024, my AC stopped working. A Calloway technician stated that my compressor would need to be fixed or replaced. Later that day, sales manager, **** ********* came to my home. **** recommended replacing all parts, the compression as well as all equipment in the attic. When we told him, Calloway has already replaced the attic equipment, he then quoted us for a compressor only. Charge: $8,692.00 On Monday, September 16, two Calloway technicians arrived at my home and replaced the compressor. SCAM ALERT 2: On Sunday, September 22, 2024, my AC stopped working. This was SIX DAYS after Calloway installed a brand-new compressor. I called the Emergency Line and asked for service. This is where I met ******** *., Manager of Calloway. ******** sent several text messages saying she was trying to find someone. NO ONE EVER ARRIVED. SCAM ALERT 3: On Monday, September 23, 2024, a Calloway technician arrived and said the drain pan needed to be cleaned, and that the unit would work fine. SCAM ALERT 4: On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, my AC stopped working for a second time. The tech informed me that the *** needs to be replaced. Estimate: $1,300.00 SCAM ALERT 5: On Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 8:00 AM, I called the emergency service line and requested a tech to come to my home. ******** *., the manager stated that she needed a service manager to do an evaluation and that on Saturdays, she doesnt have one. She offered to get a technician to come out. That conversation was at 8:00 AM. As of 2:00 PM, no one has arrived. In the last 18 months, I have paid $10,228.18 and had both the indoor AND outdoor unit replaced and I DO NOT HAVE A WORKING AC UNIT. Final *************************** Manger, ******** *. She is a bully, rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH CALLOWAYS AC THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL, TRUSTWORTHY, OR PROFESSIONAL.

      Excellent company that is reliable. The staff are respectful and extremely professional. A part was needed that was shipped to the wrong warehouse and they went out of their way for our family to have AC sokner than later in the summer of ***********.

      **** provided great service. A/C went out and they were able to service my unit on a holiday. Technician gave helpful tips and was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business.

      This was my first time using Calloway. The young man was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The people I spoke with on the phone were also nice, friendly and professional.

      Calloway and Sons deserves this 5 star review for several reasons. First and foremost, were in the middle of summer with record breaking temperatures and out of 5 different companies that I encountered, this company was the CHEAPEST and the FASTEST. You wont find anyone reputable to nest them. Secondly, the owner, *******, came to my house and listened to my needs and my budget, and didnt try to push a sale on me or get me to buy out of my range. He also offered options and was very flexible and negotiable. Finally, the three workers who came to my house, *******, ***, and *******, came early and got to work!! They worked collectively as a team and got the job done despite the heat. They never once complained nor did they sit around. Everyone that I dealt with from start to finish was a pleasure to deal with. I have to admit, I had never heard of this company and was referred to them by a friend who also had a great experience with Calloway and Sons. Im glad I chose them to meet my needs! I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your HVAC needs! Great job guys! Signed, Happy Customer

      On time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, accurate diagnostic service. I'd returned to my house about 1 month ago from damage caused by Hurricane *** 2021 and then the rebuild of my home. I was told I had brand new units. Well, my new units froze. When I reached out to the contractor, I was told I'd have to get it serviced. I contacted Calloway and Sons from a previous encounter I had with then from a ********************* I had in 2020. We scheduled a services call, they explained everything up front, and called when they were in route. The technician answered all my questions, explained what my problem was, even was on hand as I contacted the contractor to speak directly with him on what he had found. The service was all was on a Friday, I received the receipt and estimate for the work that would need to be done that Saturday. He gave me possibilities to keep me cool until we can get this resolved ans the cost of the setvice call was reasonable. Thank you ********!!!

      I called late on Saturday,July 1st and they called me back early on Sunday, July 2nd and had fixed the problem by 1pm. Technician was extremely professional and articulate.The communication process was excellent. I will use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
