    I visited this restaurant on February 12th and had an issue with the time that it took us to receive our food, the quality of the food, the response for the wait staff, and the response of management . We ordered our food and took a seat in the front section of the restaurant. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food to hit the table. *********************, we watched people going through line behind us be seated and finish their meals before ours even arrived. When asking the waitress what was taking our food so long we were met with eye rolling. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold. We tried to get the waitresses attention and our efforts were met again with not only eye rolling, but she refused to come back to the table. My husband at this point spoke to management. They said that we had to wait so long because one of the entree's was fried. Mind you...at least 2 of the tables that turned over had fried items. Management offered no replacement for the cold food and no apology for the horrible customer service of the server.
