    Jubilee replaced my roof because of damage after Hurricane Ida. The roof flashing by my covered patio was leaking afterwards. I notified Jubilee and they came to do the repairs. All was good. However, my complaint is due to them moving my water heater vent stack and not replacing it correctly back over the heater. My heater is in a small 3' x 3' room. It is the only thing in the room, other than some spare 4' fluorescent lightbulbs. I recently went in the room to get a replacement bulb and found the paint peeling off the ceiling and walls, which is when I discovered the vent stack not placed over the water heater. The heat and moisture ruined the interior of this small 3'x3' room. Jubilee said they will not pay for the repair as it is not covered under the roofing warranty. This damage is a direct result of the roofing installation, yet they do not claim responsibility and are refusing to pay for the damages. I urge caution if using this company.
