    Roof install date: 4/22/22 Paid: $9,000.00 service: roof replacement dispute is that at the time of purchase, I asked for whatever soffit and facia that needed to be replace to be included in the job. 2 years later the roof is leaking and ruined the soffit and facia, turned it into mush. The labor manager is *******. He tried telling me that he has no way to know that it was not this way when they replaced the roof, essentially denying responsibility, but also agreed to replace it. The soffit and facia that they did replace has huge gaps, and is filled with caulk. This all should have been addressed at the time of the roof replacement but was not. now I am dealing with the fall out of poor workmanship two years later. When I reach out to the office, they send me to *******, ******* sends me to *****. I asked to speak with someone in charge that is not *******. They sent me another salesman, who kindly wanted to see what the issue was, but at this point there is nothing he can do, this is not his issue. It sounds like ******* is just trying to field calls so that the owner doesn't get the full picture of the complaint. I reached out on 9/10/24, it is 11/26/24 at the time of the report. the first day that the "repairs" to the soffit and facia was 11/22/24.
