    Accepted a work order Whirlpool for confirmed date/time and when I checked they denied they could provide the service. Spoke with ********* who is rude and hung up on me. They are now holding my ticket to prevent me from rescheduling. I think the service is good but it is not ethical to accept a service date/time you cannot provide

    Our system is designed to auto accept work orders from Whirlpool. Unfortunately, Whirlpool cannot see our "real time" schedule and as a result, they will give the customer a date and time that they may think is available. While we try our best to make those times given, it can't always be accomplished, so we have to give the next available time. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    $137 for a service call. OK, but they tack on (without pre-notification): $5 fuel charge, no matter how close you are, card fee, (tax, I understand) so it was over $160. The invoice also SAYS $15 S+H, although they didn't charge that, but that's confusing.Also, they have to come back--additional leak. At the time of this writing, washer not repaired, although they visited once.

    Broussard appliance replaced working parts on my range and charged me for those replacement parts. Would you call that fraud or scram?I requested that my working parts be put back but tech left my home with those working parts. Would you call that theft?They over charged for labor. Quote did not have that labor was subjectively charged by "per job" and office rep could not tell me any guidelines for additional $297.75 labor charge. The invoice had a box labeled "record of time at location" which only had initial visit which I paid $139. There was no other explanation for the additional $297.75 labor charge as no other service time was given. Again, quote did not have labor "per job".Tech damaged a burner that was working with a hum. Now after service, does not work.They don't get any stars from me but had to give one before review could be submitted!

    **** from ********* here for electric stove burner repair on 16January. Told would need control board switch, which they he said would be ordered. Paid $120.00 for service charge. Have called 4 times ( 6 Feb, 13 Feb, 14 Feb and 15 Feb) to find out status of ordered part and to get idea of when appliance would be repaired. To date have not even received a courtesy of return call. Would like the courtesy of an up-date on when I might expect my appliance to be repaired?

    Good morning-We are not ********* and do not have an employee named **** that works here. Broussard Appliance was called out 12/16/2021 and diagnosis was an electrical issue and you were advised at that time that you needed an electrician. That is the only service call we have for customer *********************.

    Refrigerator repaired in October. Same problem occurred in January, 3 months later. Repair done again-this time lasted 2 days. Went on line and was told the tech had ordered the wrong parts.So far, cost has been $1400. Not sure I would rate this company above a D!!!

    The technician worked on my oven was good, but Im not pleased with the cost. I feel that the cost was not explained to me. The charges was them coming to my home, part and labor. The labor charge was not told to me when I had scheduled the appointment. This company need to explain to customers all fees, so it want be a surprise to customers once the job is done. ******************

    Thank you for your feedback.While the cost to come out is given to the customer when the call is set up, it is also explained that there may be an additional charge of parts and labor, if parts are needed. When the service is set up, the office representative cannot quote part and labor prices until the unit is diagnosed by the technician.
