    Serious concerns about this business. 1. Booked them for late June 2024. Two days before the *** was to arrive (Friday delivery) they called to ask if it could come early, I agreed as long it was delivered before 10am. It never came causing me to miss appointments and change my appoints. It did arrive with multiple flat tires and a shell the was being held together with duct tape. They agreed to waive the delivery fee, yet the charged me anyway and I had to get it reversed.2. I paid for climate control however some of the boxes have "rodent" dirt. 3. Return delivery: It was returned on the agreed delivery date, Friday. It rained hard on Friday afternoon, on Saturday morning, we went to unload the pod and to our dismay, the delivery shell leaked all over the boxes and my sofa. I called customer service, they said file a complaint with the insurance carrier, which I bought. It was more a hassle because the boxes were tearing. 4. The *** was supposed to be picked on the Monday. It never got picked up and now the company charged my credit card for another month.The Zippy transport shells are in terrible shape with gashes, duct tape, and now major leads.The company was recommended by a colleague; however, I would not recommend this company to anyone. ****** learned.

    Absolute worst moving company I've ever dealt with! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They may be cheaper, but the savings are not worth the headaches and stress they cause!! They have no tracking system. No logistical planning. No way of telling you when you will actually receive your things after they pick them up. They hook you with a low moving cost and say you'll get your things in 8-10 business days. The reps they have doing the sales are super helpful and friendly but the reps they have handling the service updates are useless! We booked our move for the end of June in early May giving them over a month and a half to book our move with their freight system, but since they contract the move out to 3rd parties they had no way of giving us updates or way to track our items. On business day 10 our things were barely leaving the origin state. It took them 15 business days to get our things to the warehouse from Louisiana to **********, and an additional 2 days to even let us access our things because they needed 48 hour notice. WTF? They charged half the move upon pick up and refused to let us even look at our things before charging the second half, essentially holding our stuff hostage. Absolutely criminal.
