    On March 15, 2025, I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from Krewe in their ******, **, storefront. The sunglasses were priced at $295 per pair, and I spent a total of $639 including sales tax. My girlfriend and I wore the sunglasses out of the store. I have not worn the pair I purchased (Model: ******, Colorway: *****, Lens: Polarized) since that date. Krewe offers a 30 day return policy on their sunglasses. On March 24, 2025, I purchased a second pair of Krewe sunglasses for myself on the companys website. Upon receipt of this second pair I found that I preferred them to the previous pair. I therefore decided to return my initial purchase to the Krewe storefront. I went into the store for my return today, April 7, 2025, well within Krewes 30 day return policy. I had my initial receipt with me. However, the clerk did not even initiate a return. It was bizarre. There is absolutely no wear and tear or any other structural issue with the sunglassesthey are in the exact same shape as when I purchased them and I can show this to whomever wishes to see. I was within the return policy for the sunglasses. And further, Krewe offers a lifetime replacement for any pair of sunglasses you buy from there. I have no other explanation for why Krewe would refuse my return, it just doesnt make sense to me. *** filed a challenge for the charge with my credit card company and am filing this complaint with BBB as the business practices of this company are concerning. For reference: Ive uploaded photographs of the item to show that there is no damage or other reason to deny a return within the companys refund policy.

    Purchased one pair of sunglasses on 10.28.2023 Purchase total $124.00 Package was not received. Once a delivery notification was received and it was not a photo of my front door, I immediately attempted to initiate a claim with *****, however, due to krewe shipping ***** smart post, it is the shippers responsibility to file a claim. Krewe has not confirmed that a claim has been filed. I have only received emails delaying a resolution.
