    The trimmings of that particular palm tree occurred on June 12th 2024. The 2 other trees were trimmed the same day and didnt suffer any harm during the process. The following day a green branch was hanging down then followed by 2 other branches. The same crew came to remove those branches. But all the branches started to go down. They were all green then turned dried and light brown. *************************** was on vacation for a long period so we had to wait for him to return and assess the damage. Before coming he suggested to come and drill a sample to be sent to their lab, thinking it might be a disease called Lethal bronzing. We check over professional website and ask a licensed arborist to check on our trees last Tuesday August 27th in the morning. No disease as he mentioned branches never turned reddish before going down. The only possibility for him was a damage caused during the process of trimming: the saw or the bucket hit the sensitive part of the tree at the center of the crown which is extremely bad and killed our tree.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Bartlett Tree Experts regarding complaint ID ********. Still waiting on different results from labs after samples were taken from our dead palm tree.
