      I loose my electricity about 3-4 times a week. Sometimes for hours on end and sometimes it’s just power surges where my lights get really bright then go out then pop back on, just enough to trip my internet and a/c . Occasionally my lights will go out and tv, internet and electric fan will stay on while everything else turns off. I have replaced my a/c several times. I have replaced my new fridge compressor once. I get nothing but excuses when I can to report an outage. Then I received my new bill today and it was 160 last month and 450 this month. On top of that maybe around 6:00pm today after opening the bill the power went out. I am typing this on my iPad using my phone hot spot. Oh and by the way it’s they hottest summer ever. How does our state representatives allow this to happen to hard working TAX PAYERS? Who will pay for my house when we have an electrical fire ? Who is liable if my wife or kids are hurt. What happen to the days when you got paid for the service you provide. Just called to report this outage finally got thru and they said “ oh it’s entergy fault” how is that my problem? I don’t get to pay half my bill for terrible service. That should be a breach of contract. Please someone look into this greedy company supplying power that could potentially harm people.

      I did speak with the customer, explained we have been working with Entergy to get corrective actions and have commitment that Entergy will do some resiliency upgrades including an automated switch on Highway 404 to improve service to the area. He appreciated my call.  I invited him to call me at the office and ask for me any time he needs to.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20572373, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
      Thank you for your help! I did get a call yesterday evening concerning my issues with pointe coupe electric and they have promised to be working on the issues
