    Last year it came to my attention while researching automobile rates that there were multiple claims that were incorrectly designated and on my claim history multiple times under different designations. This impacted my ability to get a fair rate with other insurance companies as they saw multiple miscategorized claims in my claim history. I called my agent at Farm Bureau, ***** *********, and informed him of the issue and that because of it i am having to pay more money for less coverage on my vehicle. He looked at my claim history and agreed but informed me that another department deals with that and he would see what he could do. Nothing happened. I contacted ***** multiple times and even spoke with his manager on one occasion and explained to him what is going on and still nothing. Last month I asked ***** to get me the contact information so i can deal with this but I have not heard back from him yet again. This is theft. I am being forced to pay more money because of their admitted mistakes, that can be proven, and they continue to ignore the situation. I have all of the dated emails for reference and proof of our communications. My initial email to ***** about the incorrect and additional claims was sent on June 21, 2023. I sent him a file with all of the claims reported by Farm Bureau that are affecting my current coverage and rates after leaving Farm Bureau because of a ridiculous price increase. I am out of money and good vehicle coverage because of Farm Bureau's and ***** *********'s incompetence and failure to adhere to fair business practices. No telling how many people are being affected by claims that they should not have on their record through Farm Bureau. Also, he was supposed to call me back today and did not. The last communication i received from him was an email response on January 11, 2024 that simply stated "i am back and working on it.".

    I remember speaking to him. I don't know anything else we can do. He's had 4 automobile claims, and they are all considered "No Fault- Insured Not at Fault". That's how they show up on our system. I don't really know what he wants us to do. We've told him this over and over. Please let me know if you have any other concerns. Thanks.
