    This company offered to help claim and obtain funds from the ************** left by the deceased. After receiving the relevant documents three months ago, this company stopped communicating with me. I want to know the status of the funds and the progress of their work.

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We can confirm that we initially contacted *********************** on 9/1/23 regarding a claim for a ***************************. He informed us of her passing and that he was her stepson. We spoke to him about our services and how we were looking for her heir to help them claim the money being held for her by the state. He informed us that he was the only surviving relative and wanted to see if he could claim on her behalf. We informed him that this was a unique situation but would see what we could do. He signed up for our services on 9/12/23. Upon receipt of the signed agreement via email, we proceeded with our investigation. Upon conferring with our attorney firm, it was concluded that due to the unique situation, being a stepson, he does not qualify as a legal heir and we are not able to provide assistance. We reached out to him regarding the outcome and left him a voicemail, and since have not received an email, text message or voicemail response to our attempt to contact him regarding the matter. 

    Upon reaching out to our service provider, they checked the backend logs to find that on a few occasions ****** did call our inbound number,  however, no voicemail was left for us to know he called in to speak to us. We have sense sent ****** an email explaining that unfortunately because of his particular situation he does not qualify to submit a claim as a legal heir. 


    Thank you for reaching out to us and allowing us the opportunity to clear the air. If we would have been notified of his concerns we 100% would have been able to handle the matter with him directly.
