Woke up this morning and cried like a baby due to my car situation:

Auto Tech this is just wrong, whatever animal ate, urined in the inside of my car upon repairs is flat out wild, for you guys to keep quiet, just blows my mind. They even ate the seatbelts too, this is not how you do business.
My vehicle was not properly fixed upon a car accident and they made me pay for a battery, so how can they diagnose the problem?

The vehicle was in a wreck, hit in
the rear, vehicle was moved to the body shop. After the body technician removed
all the clutter in the trunk, that same morning we found a dead rat and many
droppings in the trunk right after it got into our body shop. This appears to
have been a preexisting situation, therefore we just cleaned up what we could.
The seats were covered, as the floors of the vehicle and trunk with clothing,
    other personal items, etc.

The vehicle battery was dated 2018
and would not take a charge. We called her for the approval to replace the out
dated battery. In the beginning she said the battery was brand new and we made
her aware it was dated for 2018, 5-6 years old, most batteries last 2-4 years
depending on the quality of any battery.

Took 2006 Ford F-150 to get a diagnostic test and recalibrate the vent door on heater. Quoted $136'and 5 hours, check on my truck at 2 pm and 4 pm they told me I could pick up the truck for $957'and with no heat. Talked to ***** ******** he said that they needed to drain system, they put blue devil in without my consent and stopped up system, thermostat, everything. So they said they would fix it. They had it over 50 hours and I got it back with the dash not properly connected and no antifreeze was put back in it. It was done without my consent and cost $926 to get it away from them. The dash is held together with coins by me. It was such an argument that I'm afraid to take it back to them. They gave me a card for a free tow because they know my truck is not fixed and won't idle, at a loss of how to proceed to get my truck back right

I am contacting you in regards to case#******** ***** *****. I attempted to respond on the BBB website but it stated the case number was invalid. I have attached the customers Repair order which has all the stated notes and information to the customer about her vehicle having several problems which needed repair but funds were an issue. We have also instructed Mrs. ***** to bring the vehicle back several times for us to inspect anything she is unhappy with but she has refused to do so. I have attached the proof of conversation here. as you can see from the messages Mrs. ***** was scheduled to bring the vehicle back and did not do so. a you can see stated on the ticket several times "CUSTOMER WAS TOLD BY **** AND ****** THAT THEY COULD "ATTEMPT" TO RECALIBRATE AND IT WAS MADE CLEAR TO CUSTOMER THAT WE WOULD BE PUTTING THE COMPUTER ON THE VEHICLE TO SEE WHICH BLENDOORS ARE GOING OUT. WE HAVE FLUSHED THE HEATER CORE TWO SEPERATE TIMES AND ONCE VEHICLE RUNS FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES, IT HAD TOO MUCH DEBRI THAT IS PREVENTING THE HEATER TO STAY HOT, SO IN TURN IT WAS CAUSING THE HEATER CORE SO IT WAS BEING RESTRICTED TO LATER FLOW CAUSING NO HEAT. IT WILL ONLY GET TO WARM. WILL NEED TO FLUSH THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IT IS CONTAMINATED WITH SOME SORT OF STOP LEAK THAT WAS PUT IN AT ONE POINT BEFORE ARRIVING TO AUTOTECH, CUSTOMER CONFIRMED THIS WHEN EXPLAINING OUR DIAGNOSIS OF THE BLEND DOOR. IT HAS ALSO CAUSED THE THERMOSTAT TO BUILD UP RESIDUE AND NOT WORK PROPERLY AS WELL, ALSO NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.

THE FLUSH WAS ABLE TO GET THE DEBRI OUT AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT DUE TO THE CONTAMINANTS IN THE THERMOSTAT IT WAS STUCK IN OPEN POSITION. BUT AFTER REPLACING AND FLUSH AND FINAL TEST DRIVE VEHICLE HAS HEAT AND RUNNING WELL AND CONSISTANTLY. RECALIBRATION IS NOT GAURENTEED." The customer did not have the funds to complete all the repairs needed and never brought the vehicle back. I HAVE EMAILED THIS WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO J*************************** ON MARCH 6TH 2023
