    Throughout the entire process, I had a disappointing experience. Initially, I was not kept informed about the budget and was asked for my preferences without receiving any guidelines on allocated amounts. Following our move-in, issues promptly arose, including a sparking outlet and a malfunctioning water heater, with no assistance offered regarding the warranty despite its purchase with our funds. Moreover, cabinets and drawers began breaking and falling off hinges within weeks, and flooring buckling occurred in one bedroom after a few months. After contacting the company, I received delayed excuses and temporary fixes, only to have the flooring problems spread throughout multiple rooms. Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner, I was neglected for months, and the issue remains unresolved since 2022, with the warranty now expired.
