    Initially upon contacting Certified to repair my fence, they were very nice and willing to come out at a good price! we scheduled it for a Friday. That got cancelled due to a problem with the guys truck, which was fine- I understand those things happen. So a potential reschedule for Monday. That didn’t happen and I texted and he said maybe next day. I texted a couple more times his personal number he had given and never got an response, only voice mail. so I called a different “company” forgetting his company since he gave his number. A very nice lady answered and I explained the situation and said I was unable to get ahold of the guy and we already bought the materials so could they do it bc we were on a timeline. She explained she had been out of office so it was a bit chaotic, but mentioned the guys name and Inrealized it was same place. So since she explained she managed the office and had been out for a funeral, of course ai understood and so she said she would check with him and call me
    back. she never did.
    I texted Alex one more time and no response, straight to messages. She never called me back over a week later and when I would call it said I had to have a code to get through! I have never heard of this so I gave up. I believe they are probably wonderful people and maybe would have done a good job BUT they didn’t seem organized, not to good at responding and communicating with us as to what is going on and rescheduling. Even if they wanted to not work with us, at least tell us.
    So I hate to be negative but with our experience and their lack of simple communication, I could not recommend them. I hope
    it was an isolated experience and that circumstances in life made meeting the commitments a challenge but it could have been handled by them better. I would much rather have given a glowing review!

    I highly recommend this company!
    They communicated with us through the entire process, from start to finish. When they came to install the fence, they kept a clean job sight and didn’t leave any trash behind. They did our entire backyard and gave us a great price! Money well spent. I can say we will never use another company. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!
