      On 11/10/2024 we purchased a 2025 Forest River Columbus 388FKH. When we were shopping, we explained what we had to have to our salesperson (*****). We finally landed on the unit in question. We double checked that this unit had 3 AC units with heat pumps. We videotaped everything including the employees stating that the 3 units had heat pumps that all could be ran at the same time. It was a gross Misrepresentation of a vehicle. We called the dealership and the manufacturer. We even sent the video to the dealership General Manager but they refuse to do anything after the sell.

      The leveling system is an issue with the motor home. We have taken the motor home back 2x for various issues including leveling system. I paid cas for this unit and now a month has passed since purchase on 8/6/24. I can’t travel to GA to watch grandchild play football because of hilly terrain and can’t level. The leveling system was apparently in disrepair when purchased. The walk thru person did not show by moving jacks up and down. He demonstrated how to operate on the panel. Upon arrival home when let jacks down they would not retract back for travel. We purchased a switch from **** and after much work they finally retracted do we could take it back to Berryland. Berryland service dept states they can’t tell me when part will be in possibly weeks. Meanwhile I am stuck with a faulty expensive RV. My husband has recently been diagnosed with early stage dementia and this is causing all types of anxiety and other health issues. He is a heart patient and doesn’t need undue stress.

      Bought a used RV from them with the sticker showing optional equipment included from previous owner. We came in from out of state and when we went to pick it up most of the listed optional equipment wasn't there. In good faith and a handshake we left with the RV early April, today is mid September and still waiting for some of the items. Jock the sales person pretty much has ghosted us the last few times we reached out to see when we can expect items. They tried to substitute $350 item with a $70 item. Would not recommend buying from them.

      Service department is understaffed, not well trained. They have excuses of why items can’t be fixed.
      I also purchased an extended warranty and the warranty doesn’t cover anything that keeps breaking.

      we purchased an RV just a little over a year ago and the service department fixed our issues but every time we picked up the rv there was something else wrong that needed to be addressed. the last time we brought the rv back the service person said the claim was still open but when we picked up the rv we were charged an additional fee.
      We will be taking our warranty services elsewhere from now on.

      I bought a 2023 Baystar 3629 from Berryland in Sept. 2022 and have been very pleased with the sales and, especially with the service experiences I’ve had. In motorhome service, Jessica and C.C. Went above and beyond to give great service. Were I to buy another RV, it would be from this dealership.

      Horrible customer service. I will never go there again. Ashley in the Parts department was very rude and doesn't know how to interact with her customers in a professional manner. I was hoping to trade in my RV for a new one, but I will definitely go elsewhere now.

      Today is August 17, 2022, I took my Canyon Star to Berryland Campers on April 15, 2022 to have the seats reupholstered. ****** furnished the new leather seat covers for the captains chairs, and couch, they also supplied two new recliners, and two new kitchen chairs. Berryland LOST the couch, punched a hole in one recliner, the second recliner is jammed and will not recline, and the passenger chair's foot rest will not operate. I called to speak to the service manger, he never returned my calls, nor did the owner. I did reach out to ****** Customer Service and they did have have a three way conversation with myself and the service manger, Berryland promised to replace/repair the furniture ASAP, to date they have done nothing. Please, Save yourself a lot of aggravation DO NOT BUY from Berryland Campers.
