    I have been going to this establishment for years. They seem to have high turnover rate. I checked in at the store on the kiosk. The main screen indicated that I selected first available, in store with a 45 min wait. Following me were two other customers logging in and the main screen with longer times than me. Both of these individuals were taken before me. The second individual had a 90 minute wait and the stylist told him to take first available. The main screen reflected this as well. When she checked him in, my status changed from On Deck to first available for another 30 min wait.
    I told ask why I wasn't next. She said you have to select First Available. I told her I did. She said you chose a specific person. I said no, First Available. I asked her why she changed my status she said she didn't. It only change when she was logging the other person after me in.
    Then the manager stepped in let's just log him back in...I said no! I would not wait any longer and told them I would never use this chain again. Horrible place.
