***** ****** did everything you expect of a contractor but rarely get these days. He answered when I called, showed up when he said he would, walked through my entire project with me (making recommendations that simplified the job), gave me a reasonable quote that he stuck to, and he and his team did quality work. I would definitely hire ***** and his team again for any future electrical work.

Fisher Electrical services are very unprofessional and simply do not know the profession of an licensed Electrical contractor. I hired this company to run (2) New 20 Amp Circuits following code to two new outside structures I had installed prior. During the installation process, the contractor repeatedly had to go back and had to rework incorrect installation issues throughout the job to the point they almost walked off the job and wanted me to fire them. They brought in another electrician that did not know anymore about the field than they did. They eventually got the lights and outlets powered up and said all was working fine. After payment we found out that most of the 10 outlets we had installed are wired incorrectly (HOT/Neutral) reversed as well as the GFCI circuits that were supposed to be installed correctly are not wired properly and do not kill power to the outlets behind them when tripped. Also the contractor used the incorrect conduit for outside so that has to be corrected as well. The contractor did refund the labor costs that were paid to them after I asked them to come fix the issues they left behind so essentially bailed on the job. The contractor also was very rude, inconsiderate to myself and my wife and was attempting to blame me as the home owner for their mistakes when it was me paying them to do a job right. This contractor should NOT be in the electrical field due to what appears to be a large lack of knowledge in his field.

    first of all....
I WAS NEVER RUDE TO YOUR WIFE. THAT IS A BLATANT LIE. I know my profession very well. I have hundreds of satisfied customers. You were such a pain that NONE of my guys wanted to return to your house to fix anything. You cried about your grass dying. we had to dig a fricking ditch in wet grass to bury conduit. You used one of my guys without my permission for 2.5 hours to HELP you lay out things the way that YOU wanted them. you could not provide material that you wanted to provide in the proper time frame. changed your mind on types and color of things so that I had to make 2 other trips to buy materials. my guys and I put off other work we had scheduled to try and please you. NOTHING worked to please you. I FULLY refunded all of your money for the labor that was made on your job. Again....never satisfied. I don't feel as though you have any right to complain because I refunded you all of the money made doing your job. But, of course, any moron like you who would blantantly lie about me being rude to his wife. Just goes to show how credible you are.

You can try to blame me for your mistakes and not knowing your profession, but bottom line is now I have to take my "partial refund" you gave me then add more to it to have a true licensed electrician come out and remediate all your mess-ups and failures. (1) GFCI Circuits not functioning properly, when GFCI outlets are tripped all outlets that are supposed to be linked to that GFCI Stay hot, (2) Most outlets are wired up wrong, have Hot/Neutral wires reversed, (3) Compression Clamps were not used on conduit on all 3 poles to prevent water leaking into conduit and electrical boxes, basically you ran conduit for inside applications, (4) Electrical Box for Fan on Lean-To is not rated for Fan weight, is only rate for lights, (5) Cut my sprinkler water line when digging the circuit drop (I fixed, not once did you or your team offer to fix what you broke), (6) Had to splice extra wiring on Lean to, just to get the lights working, not sure what is sitting under the tongue and groove now so have to have it checked, (7) Outlet covers on ceilings are not to code and not weather proof, (8) After all wiring was run prior to roof close up and electrical cut-in inspection, you said wiring was good and good to go ahead and close in ceiling, then had to tear down my facia on both sides of pavilion so your guys can get back in there and fix what was wrong, I had to replace drip edge on one side you messed up and you had to pay my other contractor to take down facia on the other side, (9) as for the dirt, if you dig a hole to do your job in a customer's yard you should at least attempt to put the dirt back where it came from and not leave it in the yard. Not only did I give you drawings on where I wanted the lights, I put up templates to where the holes should go to where all you needed to do was cut the holes and I am sure glad I did because there is not way you would have had the lights in alignment or anywhere close. Lastly, I callled you to give you an opportunity to fix your mistakes, I never was rude or ugly and have the text messages to prove it, it was your choice to send me the refund because you were on vacation and did not want to mess with making things right. Then you tried to provide some sort of quick fix to put in AFCI outlets, so you did not have to fix wiring which totally defeats why we are puttin in GFCI outlets. As for my fans, I asked you if your were comfortable in installing my (3) Fans and to make sure you had the insurance or the ability because if you dropped the fan or break them you would have to replace, you first said, yes my helper will do it and if he needs help he will get with me. Then 5 mins later you decided you did not want to do the fans (which Hindsight was the best decision you made for me and you). As for your team not wanting to work with me as the customer, regardless if I am a tough customer or not, it all rolls up and is a reflection on you as the business owner.

like I said before.....I have a great reputation for myself and my work. you are the only bad review that I have EVER had. you are definitely in the minority. the fact that you want to try and ruin my business after a refund was given just shows how unstable and idiotic that you truly are. I am sure we will meet again one day.
