    I am not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, but in this case, I must warn others in not using **** ***** to inspect your biggest investment. **** ***** inspected a home my husband and I purchased in early 2024 and he negligently did not check many aspects of the pool in which he was contracted to inspect. This resulted in over $6,000 of damages undisclosed during the inspection. The extent of issues with our pool were things that had we had a proper inspection, we likely would not have purchased the home - or would have changed our offer. He admitted his wrongdoing, but only offered us the cost of inspection back even though the issues he negligently inspected will now ultimately cost us well over $6,000 to fix. **** ***** acted negligently in the inspection of a major financial investment of ours and I hope that others don't make the same mistake that we did in hiring him as a home inspector. Don't risk your biggest purchase on someone who does not actually even check to make sure things are working properly on a pool.
