      Kudos to Garcia Roofing, ****** ****** and **** ********* in particular. Both were highly professional and knowledgeable and made what might have been a confusing process go smoothly. Whenever I had questions, which was often, they answered my calls or texts immediately, a service that I truly appreciate. The installers were outstanding as well, and now I have a beautiful new roof! Thanks, Garcia and the whole team!

      The entire process for getting a new roof was a very pleasant experience. From meeting with my sales person to the schedulers to the installation and final cleanup and inspection, it could not have been better.
      In the final stretch, ****** ****** was great. I appreciate his explanation of the process and closure.

      The Flashings were Not Replaced and water is remaining to leak into The Residence. This should have been done and of Informed The Insurance Company so This matter would have been Properly Addressed. The Roof was replaced but Not as The aforementioned critical components. After We paid our Deductible of The Amount Totaling ($1,000) The Job was Performed but Definitely Not to a Satisfactory Manner.

      We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a five-star experience. Garcia Roofing recommended that flashing be replaced on this job, though homeowner opted to not include it in the scope of work. Both signed contract, signed completion certificate, and warranty packet state that due to flashing being excluded per homeowner's request, it would not be covered under Garcia workmanship warranty. Items excluded from the scope of work do not fall under Garcia's workmanship and cannot be warrantied.
