I had submitted 3 support tickets on April 21st and April 24th. Once I made it known in one of the tickets that I was having a problem moving a website from their hosting service to a competitor, my level of support went from sparse to being completely ignored. I followed up numerous times, and have only received a couple of responses at most between three tickets over six weeks. This problem has occurred over three billing cycles of $42.50 each, (total: $127.50) with zero support, and I can't get these sites off their service to the one I moved to. I worked in IT support and Microsoft Windows System Administrator positions for nearly 20 years. I have worked on literally thousands of support tickets like these, except working with different systems than this support team is. I can tell you right now, myself or anyone else on my teams who left 3 tickets nearly completely unanswered for 6 weeks, in addition to ignoring repeated requests for responses that I am positive this company's support team receive notifications for, would be flat out fired. I want my money back for the last 3 billing cycles that this problem falls under the time frame of, and I want their support team to migrate all of my sites to my new hosting service free of charge. I'm being dodged by them for mentioning I'm leaving for a competitor, and they are intentionally ignoring me thinking that they will just keep charging me because they are well aware no one is answering my requests. This company is even very difficult to find an address for online without a decent amount of digging. It's very shady. They have been accused of predatory practices on Trustpilot.com a number of times. I feel they are being predators in my case, as well. This is costing me money from getting off their service so I can get websites launched or migrated for paying customers of mine. This needs to be fixed immediately, or I will ask my lawyer (whom I'm married to) to pursue legal action. Legal fees won't be an issue.
