      absolutely vile place of business!! the secretarys are extremely rude, one in particular cut me off on every single phone call & constantly ignored my issues and would just talk over me. i went in to get a root canal, they left me MID PROCEDURE!!! for over an hour with my mouth wide open & exposed. i was in immense pain & had to find someone in the hall to help me. over the following weekend i remained in extreme pain, so bad that i went in for an emergency visit the monday after. they saw my shattered crown (later confirmed) and decided to tell me id be fine with ******* (and NOT even make me aware of the issue). after continuing pain for three weeks i couldnt take it anymore with the constant migraines and tooth pains i went to a new dentist. they requested my x-rays from LA *************************** dental sent in the wrong persons x-rays - TWICE! i am fully (& personally) convinced it was to hide the fact that they charged me 100$+ emergency fee for something they chose to ignore that day. after contacting them with wanting to cancel my crown i had to endure talking to some of the most rude individuals who provided me NO help until i threatened to sue. the secretaries would ignore my phone number for days on end, it wasnt until i used an anonymous number that i got through. once i told them who i was they hung up again! i then used another number & finally got so aggressive that they stayed on the phone. i am DISGUSTED by that dentist office, and i would NEVER recommend anyone go to them under ANY circumstance. no one listens and lets you talk, they are all guilty of talking over you & ignoring concerns. i only got refunded for the crown that they did not produce. i am seriously considering legal action after the disgraceful treatment i was given over months. they deserved to be shut down in my honest opinion. if i could negative stars, i would.
