    BEWARE!!!!
    Undependable, unreliable, unpredictable and dishonest.
Agreed to maintain our pool weekly, never made agreed upon weekly date to service.
Pool would get out of hand and start to turn green, he would then treat with harsh chemicals to "catch-up", then charge astronomical prices to "drop-out" & clean, when he failed to maintain on a weekly basis.
Told us our pump was bad, so we paid for him to replace. Still not able to keep clear so he said the filter system and sand where bad. Had another person asses equipment and advised that nothing is wrong with filter system or sand.
    Do not recommend!!!!!

We took over Mrs. Talley's pool when it was green with algae and the pump was not in working order. She purchased a pump through us and we installed it within a timely manor. After a couple of visits we determined the salt system was not working as well at all. We sent her an estimate and she refused the offer. We used chlorine tabs at that time from then on. We asked them when the sand was changed last and no one knew and one said it was more than 5 to 7 years before. Sand is recommended to be changed after the 3rd year. After letting them know several times the filtration sand was no good and needed changing because without good filtration, the pool will continually turn green. They refused to get this done. They only paid for one green to clean treatment and that was the first one. It is not the fault of Pool Worx or any of its team members the pool was turning green. I have completed several green to clean treatments for free which costs me 450.00 each time when it was not our fault it was turning green. The customer refuses to get their equipment pad fully functional to where her pool will stay clear and yet they think it is my fault. If she did not want to think it is important to have good sand in her filter and not spend the money to repair the salt system where her pool would stay clear, then I didn't think it was important enough to take my days off to clear the pool. I cannot work miracles and keep a pool clear with no circulation, no filtration and no chlorination. There are no pool professionals that can. We did miss a visit when me and another team member was in the hospital with heat exhaustion but could not be helped.

Completely untrue! He failed to maintain the pool weekly as agreed upon. He first told us our pump was not operating correctly and that was causing the pool to stay green, so we replaced the pump. The pool remained green and unkept. He would fail to make the scheduled maintenance day, when I would text him he would assure me that we were "first on the list" for the next day, then he would fail to show. This happened numerous time. I have them documented. He then informed us that our sand filtering system was out. When we told him that we could not afford to replace the filtering system after just replacing the pump, that he assured us was the problem, he then advised that we could easily operate our then salt pool as a chlorine pool until we were able to afford to replace the filtering system. Since telling him that we no longer needed his services on Wednesday, July 19th I have had another pool service provider come out and assess our system. We have been told that the filtering system is in working order and does not need to be replaced.....which makes me very skeptical that the pump really needed replacing. Also, since July 19th, with the guidance and assistance from Azure pools I personally have been able to get our pool crystal clear. His agreement was to maintain our pool on a weekly basis. He was unable to provide that service as promised. I have all text message between he and I documented, where he would fail to service the pool on the day agreed upon and would tell me he was "tied up" in Oak Grove or Lake Providence, and would totally miss the entire week of maintenance.....so much to the point that we went three weeks in a row without any maintenance or pool treatment. I believe him to be untruthful, unreliable and dishonest. I am able to send any documents and/or texts necessary to confirm all of the statements that I have made. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this with this company.
