    In May of 2023 two containers of grease from Smitty’s Supply, Inc. branded by Walmart as Supertech had foreign material in the grease which caused damage to two of my grease guns. It was found that the grease had translucent rubbery plastic material in the containers. My biggest concern was the possible damage to my equipment; secondarily was that it caused damage to a $300 Milwaukee power grease gun as well as a $70 manual pistol-grip grease gun. I emailed and phoned various people throughout Smitty’s numerous times over the year for 7 months with zero response. Finally after months of calling, I researched company management and on 12-01-2023 at 1050 hours I spoke to *** ****** who is over Sales and Marketing at Smitty’s. He was condescending, belittling, and off-putting; when he became extremely combative, I began recording this conversation as I am within a single-party-state and Mr. ****** stated, “…most of the farmers I know get their stuff from John-Deere, not Walmart.” To which I replied, so your grease is substandard and not to be trusted? He would not pass me on to his supervisor and would not provide names for the C.O.O. or the company president and hung up on me. On 03-11-2024 at 1443 hours their legal claims admin ******* **** was provided another overview of the entire problem, she advised that she would be pulling samples from within their company, reaching out to Walmart, and would follow up. On 03-12-2024 at 1534 hours, barely 24 hours later she replied, “Following our comprehensive review we have not received enough information to move forward with the investigation process and will close this claim in 10 days.” A comprehensive and thorough investigation could not occur in that 24 hour period. Foreign material located in 2 containers from the same lot, damaging 2 different grease guns, as well as the fact that this did not occur before nor after this date with either device constitutes a preponderance of evidence of fault against Smitty's

    The fuel I purchased caused damage to my chainsaw. ***** **** was no help in resolving the issue just blew me off in an email and has no responded back to help
